Rocking Chair Conversion Kit [Natural Pine]

This handcrafted kit will convert the beautiful IKEA Strandmon wingback armchair into a delightfully cosy, stylish and affordable rocking chair.

Once the kit is attached to the armchair the rocker features:
- a wingback design to rest your weary head;
- rolled armrests to support a good feeding/nursing position;
- a deep seat that is large enough for long reading sessions with young children; and
- a gentle rocking function to help your little one drift off to sleep.

Best of all, with the Hickory Dickory Rock kit you can convert it back to a standard armchair for your living room when your little ones grow up.

Hardware features nuts and bolts (no wood screws) to ensure they can be removed and reattached time and time again to conveniently move your chair from room to room or house to house.

The natural pine timber runners are custom designed to compliment the Strandmon armchair in the light beige, light turquoise, light grey and green and fabric selection, where available.

NOTE:
Please note that timber colour and grain varies. As such we hand select suitable timber to ensure the most compatible colour match for the Beech timber (European timber) legs that come with the Ikea Strandmon Chair. Regardless of our efforts to provide a consistent product, colour and grain variation will occur in the Beech chair legs ranging from pale cream, pale yellow, golden hues. Once installed, colour variation is less discernible than may originally appear.
